  • Email address — provided voluntarily through our signup form
  • Timestamp — when you signed up

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.

Your email address is used solely to:

  • Notify you when OneBucket early access becomes available
  • Send occasional product updates related to OneBucket (no more than once per week)

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your email address is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use reputable third-party email service providers that comply with applicable data protection regulations.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our landing page uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand page traffic. We do not use tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or any cross-site tracking technology. No personal data is collected through analytics.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Unsubscribe — Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're removed.
  • Request deletion — Contact us to have your email permanently deleted from our records.
  • Access your data — Request a copy of all data we hold about you.

These rights apply regardless of your location, including under the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and other applicable privacy laws.

6. Third-Party Services

When OneBucket launches, it will connect to third-party cloud storage providers (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox) using their official OAuth APIs. OneBucket will never store your cloud provider credentials. Authentication is handled entirely by the cloud providers themselves.

7. Children's Privacy

OneBucket is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
